Cut-to-size sheet

Acetal sheet cut to your requested rectangular dimensions

Start with thickness × length × width, quantity and delivery details. Supported standard POM sheet requests can receive an estimate; all other configurations remain review-led.

Direct answer

A cut-to-size sheet request defines a rectangular blank from sheet stock. It should state finished dimensions and units, quantity, material wording, tolerance needs and destination; it is different from a CNC-machined part.

Input
Thickness × length × width × quantity
Common thicknesses
Approximately 8–100 mm
Output
Rectangular sheet blanks, not finished CNC parts
Custom dimensions
Subject to review

Inputs that prevent rework

Give all three dimensions with units and say whether they are nominal stock dimensions or required finished dimensions. Common sheet thicknesses are approximately 8–100 mm; other sizes may be available subject to supplier confirmation. Identify any directional plus/minus requirement rather than assuming a public cut tolerance.

Standard estimate versus review

The current estimate flow is deliberately narrow. A changed size can still be submitted, but it shows final delivered price pending review. Named grades, certificates, high precision and drawings move to a Technical Quote with no binding price.

Cut blank versus finished part

A saw-cut rectangular blank is not a finished CNC component. Features, edge finishing, holes, pockets, threads, contours or critical datums need a drawing-led RFQ.

Buyer questions

Does entering dimensions confirm the cut tolerance?

No. Tolerance and cut method are confirmed during review unless an approved result explicitly states otherwise.

Can I request multiple blank sizes?

Yes. Put each size and quantity in a clear cut list. The team will review material, cutting, packing and delivery together.
