Privacy Notice

Information collected

When you submit an RFQ or contact request, we may collect:

• Name, company, email, country, and any optional phone or WhatsApp details you provide.
• Material, dimensions, quantity, destination, application, and other technical or commercial context.
• Consent version and time, source or UTM details, timestamps, and limited security or operational logs.

Public drawing upload is currently disabled. Do not send sensitive drawings until a team member provides a verified secure route and confirms the handling rules.

How the information is used

Information is used to receive, validate, review, classify, and respond to an RFQ; clarify requirements; coordinate permitted sourcing, technical, quality, and delivery review; prevent abuse; maintain a review record; and operate the service. An RFQ is not used as consent for bulk marketing.

We use the information only for these purposes, related record-keeping, security, and applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and transfers

Hosting, database, security, and transactional-email providers may process information on our behalf to operate the site and RFQ workflow. These providers may process information in locations where they operate, subject to their service terms and the safeguards used for the relevant service.

RFQ details are not published. Access is limited to the protected review workflow and people involved in the permitted review process. Supplier disclosure, when necessary, must be limited to what the approved human process requires.

Retention, security, and rights

We apply access controls, server-side validation, restricted database access, and redacted operational logging. No internet service can promise absolute security.

We retain RFQ, contact, email, log, and backup information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Subject to applicable law, requests to access, correct, or delete information can be sent to sales@plasnexa.com. We may need to verify the requester's identity.

Cookies and changes

The public site does not currently operate a marketing-analytics or advertising-pixel program. Essential hosting and security services may still generate technical request logs. The protected Admin area uses a necessary session cookie after authorized staff access.
