Website and acceptable use

The site provides general engineering-plastics information and a controlled route to human RFQ review. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, malicious, or third-party-confidential content without authority.

Destination, application, sanctions, export-control, and other compliance eligibility are reviewed case by case. The website does not represent that any destination, application, or transaction is accepted before that review is completed in writing.

RFQ is not an order or commitment

Submitting an RFQ only requests human review. It does not constitute order acceptance, a contract, a confirmed price, a stock guarantee, a specification guarantee, a manufacturing authorization, or a lead-time or delivery guarantee.

Material identity, grade, brand, composition, dimensions, tolerance, certification, availability, packaging, Incoterm, freight, duty, tax, price, and timing remain subject to written confirmation. A quotation is separate, version-specific, and subject to its stated validity and approval conditions.

Customer-provided requirements

You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, units, quantities, destination, application context, and any necessary standards or documentation requests. You must have the right to share any drawing, specification, trademark, or other material you provide.

Public file upload is disabled. Do not send sensitive drawings until a verified secure route and its confidentiality and retention rules have been confirmed for the RFQ.

Information boundary and legal terms

Application examples and material-family information are general information, not a fitness-for-use, regulatory, safety, or engineering determination. Any quotation or later contract will state its own version-specific commercial terms. No warranty, liability allocation, indemnity, or other commercial commitment should be inferred from general website content or an RFQ submission.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These website terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Unless a later written contract states otherwise, disputes concerning these website terms are subject to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
